    Behaviour of the staff is really nice. We took the room at very last minute and owner helped us getting the room. Rooms are good, i wont say its like a 5 star hotel but its clean and good to stay for 2-3 days... Hotel is within 1.5km from the brach.. I would say its good stay in this hotel.

    very good place to stay along beach side, very spacious room its a mini house. very cooperative owner, enjoyed with friends.

    This is a nice place close to city. Very much convinient for tourist to get to visiting places . The owner is very gentle, Karthik residency s very economical .very calm place to chiout for a weekend getaway .

    The best experience i ever had till date ! Seems out of the way but not really, very handy metro, and in interesting suburban area, change from usual tourist hustle. Residency rooms r very spacious, good facilities. Service v good, helpful owner !! Ask what you need and a solution would be offered by the manager himself ! Love this place ....

    The best place to stay in pondicherry. Near to bus stand.All visiting places are very near by.very near to serenity beach and auroville beach.The rooms are very clean, comfortable, spacious and worth of cost. very good greenery view from terrace. You wont feel it as a guest house or some other place. You feel it as home.One and only Person behind all this is "Mr.Muruli sir(Manager)". Very friendly, helping person.schedule your time to talk to Mr.Muruli sir(ha ha ha). With All respect I thank him for everything.And also the staffs are very friendly and helping. "Karthik Residency" is doing great job to serve the need of visitors. At the end of your vacation you would definitely miss "Karthik Residency". Recommended place to stay in pondicherry.

    Very neat and clean rooms and very much relax and comfortable stay with my family, karthik residency is the only residency were we can stay with family also in our buddget. More than 5 stars. Recommended hotel personally.
