The service is pathetic. The person Mr Jayapal Reddy(owner) is never available and is very irresponsible. When we ask him to visit us for site inspection, he never turns up. We have been waiting for him for about 3 months now but there is no response from him. He has also stopped answering our calls. Absolutely disastrous service. If this is how you treat a customer before selling the product, I wonder how the after sales service would be. Absolutely hopeless service Mr Jayapal.
