Great place to live in, has the best of the amenities any world class apartment can offer you. My family just bought in a nice place here in Marina Skies last year, and I am more than just excited move in here soon. Also, the neighborhood is specially nice and Friendly. The blocks are designed by the best of interior designer dropping off world class luxury to the customers. But it definitely is expensive, after all you cannot expect all the cherry to be in your pie. Ciao

Excellent Location. Excellent Construction. Great community. Awesome gated society. Very good place to live in city with all the amenities and yeah good place to kids for their growth and also for senior citizens. Calm and beautiful place to live. It is well maintained by JLL & Cybercity Management, with several amenities inside. It looks fabulous at night. It is at the centre and heart of the City. The place is very quiet. Heritage supermarket at walkable distance. A well settled community, provided with all facilities like 24/7 Manjeera drinking water in all the bathrooms also. DG back, Very near to Hitech City Railway station, Ameerpet, Hitech City, Gachibowli, Hyderabad University, ORR This is a really great place to live. Great views, away from the pollution of the city and built in facilities. I loved this location because it is pollution free area away from the city and lake side views and near to the software companies & educational Institutes.

Very good location with connectivity to Metro, MMTS and RTC. Epicenter of new city. Within 6-7 KM radius, you can reach Kukatpally, Miyapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Ameerpet, Panjagutta, Balanagar, Jubilee Hills, Madhapur, Kavuri Hills, Somajiguda etc...

Location is good. I heard a new road is coming next to Marina skies joining till Aayappa society. That will making the communication improved. The entire ground (8.4 acre) is not covered with cellar parking. Cellar parking is going to be only the places where building is constructed. Swimming pool, garden, etc will be open land. This is an additional advantage for RWH, space for digging new bore well, etc. There are two lakes next to the site. This will ensure permanent open space at this locality. Since its a high-raise building (31 + 4 floors) it may become one of the landmark in this area.
