Shra1Not responsible, they say more but actually do less. It was bad experience last time when I gave my car for Manson camp for free checkup (actually I got a call from.someone of their executive and asked me to bring for free check-up). I got back without free wash what they promised, not even cleaned and become more dusty. Also I complaint on Bluetooth music system problem and requested them to reset (they suppose to remove battery connection and connect back) so all setting will be reset on my Bluetooth audio system. But they have given back my car without resetting ....all setting remain same including previous Bluetooth paired devices, preset channels. I do see my battery connectors with dust, muddy which proves they do not touch battery. If you are planning better prepare extra 1 hr, they will ask you wait for 5 mins, but it is not going to be actual 5 mins..... Front office become worst....I will think about another service center

sai krishnaI get the price estimate well before the vehicle is delivered. The fact that the body shop is very near my place is a boon. I would have given it a 5 star if the time taken to do small works is improved.

sudhir challaGave my vehicle for service at Balanagar Vibrant Ford service center, told the service center about 5 problems, I have been facing with my vehicle. Only one problem has been resolved, but I was charged for three problems reported. Inspected my vehicle after service, confirmed with service engineer and got 2 of the unattended problems deducted from the bill. Finally only 1 out of 5 problems reported has been attended. And most important thing, resolved one is resetting the music system. Other problems 2. Wind sheild polish 3. Wheel swapping, wheel balancing and alignment 4. Driving seat disposition problem... this is a very critical one that needs to be attended 5. Hissing sounds while releasing clutch None of these were attended.
