Yesterday we had Leonia Day Outing package. Overall experience is not exiting as expected but it is good. Please find detailed feedback; Good: 1. Pool – Well maintained and one of best swimming in twin cities. 2. Staff courtesy 3. Lunch 4. Kids Park 5. Big Chess board Things can be improved: 1. Please arrange 2 big wall clock nearby pool 2. Hangers should be there in all bathroom. Without hangers how do you think people will change swimming costumes? Why your floor manager not thinking basics? 3. AC is not good in indoor pool 4. Go-Karting - reduce to 4 laps and make the half price; or else allow sharing for 2 people. Go karting vehicles also not good quality. 5. Pool – when we are moving from 4” feet pool to 2.6” feet pool, sudden steps came and my leg was dashed to steps and lot of pain. This is happening not only for me. I guest daily 500 people are suffering from this. You should plan separation steel rod(like 4” feet to 2” feet pool) 6. Provide hard copy(Print) of resort map in booking counter. Worst of the day: Welcome Drink – I cannot say it is welcome drink. It is color water. We could have been happy if you could have been provide natural lemon water with salt/sugar. 5 Years back I went to Golconda resort and they surprised with excellent Fruit punch as welcome drink. You people surprised/disappointed a lot with color water. Either you stop the Welcome drink or provide some fruit juice. Welcome drink is first impression about resort. You failing in first impression.

Ant one is planning to day outing, reach to corporate office and plan their package, bus also start from office daily to resort.

Great place to be at !! great food, cool rides and sports. Water games at the pool !! But make sure you go on a less crowdy day, as the changing rooms are too small for the huge crowd, and the walking area is too dirty. you have to keep waiting in the bathrooms for your turn to change. Also make sure to bring your swim wear as they overcharge a lot for cheap qualaity swimwear. So plan ahead !!
