Worst service ever! Why are there no micros and minis anywhere.. what the hell is happening?! It is only to waste time and money of people..better to use public transport rather than contributing cancellation amounts to these "giants". Share cabs are the worst..

Yesterday I had booked Ola 4 times . Twice they cancelled it because they couldnt find a driver at Punjagutta at 3.30 pm . Unbelievable . But the worst was still to come . In the evening another cab driver couldnt even find a prominent place at Banjara hills .He didnt knew the place and asked me to come where he wanted ! And then , being a tourist I guided him !

The main theme of Ola is to earn money by cheating people..On 7th May i booked a cab and my ride is started....while from ola received a message as your ride is on the way...i checked it ..one more cab is booked from the same location without my involvement.....then i cancelled it .........but they charged extra 75/- for the cancellation....this the game of ola....
