Very good diagnostic centre, reports which they gave was appreciated by the doctors for good X-ray and scanning.quick and fast response from the staff.

Very bad experience. No parking. Have to park on the road at our own risk. Huge waiting time. While paying I was told the wait time is 40 mins. It took 2+ hours for me. No courtesy nor proper response from some staff. Certain people were making faces when people were asking questions. Give proper instructions after what to do after paying the money. It was a chaos. Was unhygienic. A person was washing hands at drinking water place. Also, the place was smelling. Saw a staff throwing the bed covers out of a window into dust and sand (Probably for someone to pick for washing). In another incident, they said that the doctor is there. But when we went there it was said she left before the said time. Happened twice. Advice to management: provide better customer service. Pros Location is good. Easy to access. Certain doctors are good. Results are reliable.
