Rahul SharmaI have been working out here for almost two years now..they have a decent equipment range for strength training which is helpful in training full body parts. Other petty facilities like locker, changing room, rest room, steam bath are also available.the best thing about fitness one are the trainers who are very helpful and approachable.they do not shy away and direct the general clients as well when they ask for some help or for spotting with weights.however 1-2 treadmills are always out of service and I also feel that with time they should add some new and modern equipment to their range..the equipments do serve the purpose but still some additions of Hi-Tech machine would be helpful.

SANDEEP BATHINIAwesome professional grade equipment, with shower, steam and promotional kickboxing, Zumba, group exercise classes. Personal trainers and professional assistance. Diet plan according to BMI chart... Etc... Over all awesome services, expensive place for working out.

nuka maheshBest place for workout but some equipments are missing. Still u can get best as it is good for normal users not for bodybuilding. Best gym at affordable price and you can transfer your account when u r moving out of city N more flexibility in packages. Overall I can rate 5.

shubhanshu mishraI am a member of fitness one from last 4 months and I am having a good workout here. The fitness program is amazingly organized and managed by professionals. In the first 15 days Shiva was my trainer and he guided me very well and after that Rajesh is taking care of my workout. He himself is in a very good shape and has helped me out a lot. I want to make my physic like him. Thanks Rajesh :)
