Before you move-in check the property catalouge , ensure u get what you are paying for. Otherwise - you will keep on running behind management guys and it till takes ages to get work done (for me 6 over months and still few bits and pieces are left). Also check property related document. link document - specifically ask for occupancy certificate. Though all of these are common things. As of now bore is main source of water. So, get all these things done before you enter into new house. Apart from these - Its a peaceful community, is at reasonable price and good location and that is the reason for 4 star.
