    If there is a -1, I will give that rating. One of the worst gas agency I ever saw in my life. I think GoI should cancel the dealership. If you have an option even 20 kms from home with another agency, go for it. Useless guys

    Unpredictable. Sometimes we get gas refill cylinder in 5 days and sometimes 20days. Customer representatives are ok.

    Its like any other gas agency not much to say, only thing its located inside narrow lane with no parking space.

    WORST SERVICE HUMANLY POSSIBLE - I went to book my new hp gas connection in mid of December, got a confirmation by mid of Jan, now it is the mid of march and even after 6 visits and several calls (in working hours) my gas has not been booked and delivered to me. The reason - MR VENU GOPAL, who just keeps asking me to come to the agency again and again with the promise that he will do it the next time. If i go on a Saturday at 10am, he will ask me to come on Monday at 4pm, if i go on Monday at 4pm, then he will tell the work can be done only till 3:30pm, if i go at 1:30pm he will ask me to come the next day - why - "aaj toh nahi ho payaga". Today I was told - yes it will definitely get delivered, but of course it was not delivered even today! Absolute HARASSMENT!! Such people are who RUIN government offices and make like hell for the general public

    Delivery boy is collecting 32 rupees more than the actual cost of the gas. I wonder if this is the procedure to take extra tip..

    Very un certain of getting booked refill in time as per booking status. Multiple cancellation of booking with out proper explanation causes much inconvenience. ,
