I approached these fellows to get my connection surrendered and transferred to another state. I had to leave the next day. Their immediate response was server is down. You can give your stuff and go. We will call you once transfer voucher is ready. I said I am leaving the next day. I asked for their phone no, so I will call back to check if the server is up. They said server is usually down on first of every month! I saw many other new connection people come and go happily, once they paid extra for gas stove. I had seen another lady who wanted transfer come and go happily, that too during lunch break. So I sent my wife there after a while, and no surprises there.. everything completed in a giffy. I enjoyed the look on their face when I finally stepped in at the last minute to sign the documents. Please avoid if you need peace of mind. Did I fail to mention, they also take extra money for new and transferred connection.

delivery guy demanding 20 rupees even for ground floor . he was not taken 10rs ok i hope i was giving to beggar every time when he delivers gas

Its a wrost agency becz the agents wont respond properly and also in receiption no one wil attempt calls also........
