very poor service. I went to encash something just after the stipulated time and they asked me to come the next day even though I pleaded that i came from a very long distance. They lack simple common sense that anyhow I have to come the next day to the same post office and the same clerk has to process my appl in the same counter so there is no difference if he does it today or tomorrow. Just that they are not service oriented ppl.
