Phani KatakamThis old age home has a strategy to loot the money. As previous reviews correctly say, they call somany times until you fill the money. their workforce are from uneducated but clever in escaping the work. they demand high quality food, they fight with you, AS YOU ALREADY PREPAID 13K, they will fight with you, mistreat elders and make you beg for replacement. When other replacement comes, same strategy, they will illtreat and fight.. you will get fedup with these idiots calling them again and again..but THEY GOT YOUR MONEY! THEY ARE SHAMELESS CREATURES...IF YOU LEAVE YOU ELDERS AT HOME, THEY WILL BE LONELY, BUT IF YOU LEAVE WITH THESE ATTENDANTS, THEY WILL FACE HELL.. ITS LIKE MAFIA,., THEY WILL LOOT YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVE SERVICE..

Ravi B(Zero Stars) I have been using Home care services for 6 years now and these are the worst providers. The attendants are totally unfit and when u need replacement, they dont return your calls and when they do, they are very rude(especially Mr. Sateesh). They call you so many times until you employ them and then you are left high and dry. Patient care is very unsatisfactory too. They dont give medicines on time and as per right directions

Aruna Ywe took the services for my mother and proved to be a night mare. Their workers are very rural and not trained , they do not fit in a city environment. They demanded a high quality hotel food as meals and it was a shock for us. They change the worker every month and its such a inconvenience to the patient. Its a terrible management and very rude if you call them for customer service. Highly not recommended
