Mohammed KhaleelI have been visited twice, service is ok but when I gave debit card payment they told me it will charge 1.5% additional. If its consultation its not more, what if huge bill to pay the additional 1.5% it will charge for patients unnecessary. You are running hospital industry to serve patients better, you charge fee, you are not consulting free, then why you have to charge 1.5% more. I have my own business I do not charge any additional if customer paid my card. Govt. enforcing cash less economy and again you are letting to force customers to pay cash. Why we have to pay extra money for nothing. I would like to say its totally cheating and fraud to the patinets to charge on cards additional 1.5%.

kritika poniaI would give them a zero if I could. They take advantage of your weakness and fears, and overcharge you for every single thing. Plus, they are rude, they refuse to so much as tell you why they billed your amount so high. They make you wait for HOURS and make you come back over and over just to hand over your reports. The people at the reception misbehave and never give you a proper answer. They are rip offs in the name of hospitals. They are a stain on the name of doctors. Pathetic, simply pathetic.
