    One of the best place to stay for monthly basis on time service what ever review mention about late service its wrong info given its on time service.Feel very comfortable to stay with family and friends.very helpful Manager Ms Fatima & entire is very good. Specially for companies its very good place their provide room and transportation with reasonable price we would like to suggest many companies at this place. Enjoyed a lot at this place cheers :)

    Highly unprofessional!! I was traveling to Hyderabad with family, including elderly members and young kids. We had booking confirmation from them. We were scheduled to check-in late in evening. I had written to them on the same. I called their marketing manager during the day, on the day of check-in. She confirmed that they received my mail and they know that we would be checking in late in the evening. However, a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in, I received call from them informing me that rooms are not available!! I was asked to speak to the marketing manager who had taken our booking. I called her multiple times. She didn’t take my calls!! I was left high and dry with a family. It was the last week of December, peak tourist season. I was expected to arrange multiple rooms for a large family with women, kids and elderly members that late in the day. Highly unprofessional people! Instead of apologizing, a few days later, they sent me a ‘no show’ notice mail. I replied to them but got no response!!

    Hotel is good security 100% and good service for staffs. I suggest to improve food quality for maybe international guests. I thank everyone to take me care.

    I have had a wonderful experience staying here at Falcons Nest. This is my second visit to this place. The staff here are very polite and friendly. Rooms are well maintained and the ambiance is very good too.

    I have had a wonderful experience at Falcon Nest La riviera is very affordable,it is my first time in Hyderabad and i lie it, the place is one of its kind.the stuff are very good and polite and are ready to assist in any way.they go out if their way to make you comfortable .especially services by Munna is a very hard working young man keep it up.I will recommend it yo my friend and relatives back in Kenya.My sincere thanks goes to the Manager Ms Fatima she has made it easier for us to feel comfortable thanks to her .We hope to come back some day.God bless you all.

    Neat and clean room with good room service. Complimentary breakfast was healthy and sufficient for all age groups. Overall it was excellent for family & couple and we had a happy stay.
