Suraj SumanHad booked this property tthrough OYOROOMS. The worst OYO partnered hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in took almost 15 minutes. Was too frustrated with the check in process. To kill time, I went to the restaurant and ordered dinner. After an hour, I was told that chicken dishes are out of stock. The room and bathroom had cockroaches. The wardrobe was filthy. No complimentary water bottle. Towels and bed linens were dirty. Please do check for other options if you are booking this hotel. One more tip, if you plan to book this hotel, book it directly with the hotel as they allow 24 hours check out whereas using any aggregators, check out time is 11 am. Another tip - please pay by cash as the credit card machine does not work most of the times.

Ayush MaheshwariBooked the hotel for a wedding in the family. Worst experience ever. Elevator was not working. Promises made by management during the time of booking were not kept during the wedding. AC was not working in many rooms. Very bad banquet halls as well. Rooms were OK. Bathrooms not good.
