Its been more than 15 days that the payment been made. Received number of calls till the payment was done but not later. I had requested for home delivery after the payment and the response was that it will be done. And now, I am trying to call them but no response and neither the delivery is done. This is worst service. Not interested to give any ratings and will not recommend this laundry to anyone.

Wrost service...its been 2 weeks still they did not deliver....They promised home deliver and paid full amount but not yet delivered..very unprofessional response and manager always not available 11/22/2016: When i recive call from iron duck staff last week, i clearly mentioned that i was away and asked them to handover clothes at my home or to apartment watchmen..but every time your staff asks very aggressively "why dont you come and collect" even they dont know how to talk customers... Finally walked into the store today and talked to manager. He never listen to what customer says. 200% not satisfied with this service and wash quality also not good..even small shops provide better quality than Iron Duck..

This is the worst place to you give your clothes to. They have spoilt my shirts soo bad that I had to throw them away. Would never recommend this place.

Worst service...have given clothes on 30 th Nov. till date they have not delivered it neither they are lifting calls nor calling back after receiving missed calls......least bothered about clients....Already one dress is misplaced which is never returned back and no one is taking any efforts to find it or inform you the status...
