Absolutely terrible service. Nothing is done on time. The reports are not ready on the given time. This diagnostic should be shut down by the health ministry.

Booked blood collection on 23rd Feb for 24th early morning, told very clearly that patient will not be eating anything till you collect blood. Next call from them on 25th -- after 40 hrs .. and asked where do I need to come :) One word - Pathetic Service. Irresponsible staff. When you talk about a medical service, you need to be on your toes. It could be critically required by someone, its not a "Irani Chai business"
