meghana dhayalGreat place to learn yoga. Instructors are very nice and give individual attention. I am learning from last 1 month and had noticed changes in myself. They have meditation classes also.

The environment is pleasant and words of Dr.Vinay guruji are very inspiring. Also, the timings are flexible which is an added advantage.
