Great place to learn yoga. Instructors are very nice and give individual attention. I am learning from last 1 month and had noticed changes in myself. They have meditation classes also.

Ambiance is good. But i did not feel any improvement. Here the Guruji comes rarely.

The environment is pleasant and words of Dr.Vinay guruji are very inspiring. Also, the timings are flexible which is an added advantage. Some thing unique about this place is their customisation of yoga postures for your needs, though we practice in a group. Everyone surely experience a lot of energy too in their very charging ambience. Great value for your time and money too.
