Before 9 to 9:30AM we should go and give our bike as the no of bikes will be more the more time we have to wait. They will give one receipt after listing the bike problems. Ask us to come in the evening and collect the bike. Payment can be done after collecting the bike. Overall satisfied with their service and timely response.

Some of them are polite and some of them are a bit rude and not professional. Servicing here was ok. After servicing bike started giving strange noises. I had to go twice back to them but they could not resolve it completely. It is irritating to ride it with that noise from the chain. Probably not giving it for servicing would have been better.
