THE WORST EXPERIENCE I hated their service like anything. The most unprofessional people. Here is my experience with them I found their contact number on the net and called them. Praveen(The packer and the guy who gave the other review 5 ... Basically he rated himself 5 in google.) picked up the phone and an estimate session was scheduled. He came 2 Hrs late and was promising a lot of things, I asked when he will start packing and when It will be completed. He promised on the day of packing they will come by 9.30 AM and will complete by 4.00 PM On the day of Packing, They came by 12:30 and were packing till 10:45 PM . I had to miss my train to keep the luggage packing. Next Promise on Delivery , He promised a delivery by next day afternoon. The Actual delivery happened only 3 days later. I had to live with out furniture. If he would have told 3 days I would have planned those days somewhere else and Every time I called they told the truck is on the way. I asked the truck driver when he started on the day of delivery, he told he started the night before delivery. After unpacking I found that they left one of the items back in Hyderabad and my bookshelf got spoiled, I asked for insurance they stopped responding for both, even though I called him multiple times. I had to get the repair done my self and I had to come down to Hyderabad to carry that Item myself even after 2 weeks of repeated calls. I seriously wont suggest this packers to anybody who wants a hassle free movement
