employees are too much negligence... they took 4 days to deliver my speed post.. what kind of service is this.. is government not paying salary to them? then why are they not serving to people..? worst postmens and worst customer service.. they were not even responding to calls... i never do my transactions again in indian postal services

I have been trying there land line number since last 2 days and it is continuously busy. I had sent a COD packet to one of my customer on 27th she has not received it yet. And the packet is at the post office since 30th. Post office people are not delivering the packet. Do not have any idea how to contact post office.

Worst post office... went more than 20 times. staff are rude, no help , no proper communication from them.

Very small post office. Always crowded and people have to stand on road if Que is big.

Service staff behaves vey rude . They don’t open post office on time. Post office timings are 8 AM to 4 PM . They will open around 8.30 am , I asked them about that , they said we will open 8.30AM only , they don’t care about customers, They speak very rude if question them about post office opening time. If you are alone they will push you out from post office.
