Very poor maintenance. Trying to reach them on phone, but nobody attended the call, I called many times with the gap of 15-20 minutes since 9 am in the morning till 11.30 am. I think this is very basic thing to attend the call as this is the primary communication channel for distant people. I was planning to spend time and donate something, but very disappointed. However I have alternative homes to do the same.
