Dileep KasulaWorst experience. I had two very bad experiences. First thing, when we reach there it us very hard to find a person to attend the vehicle. Then you will start seeing the worst experiences. Estimate and the final bill no way matches. Final bill will be few hundred ℅ more than estimate. They keep the vehicle for a week and still the issue will not be fixed. End if the day, we leave the premises by paying a huge bill, Or no fix to actual issue Or both.

sanapala narasimuluWorst service: 20 days back we raised complaint for tyre bursted, they provided JK tyres only. since now nobody responded. 5 months back only ,we purchased the ertiga car, only 4500kms only travelled. Tyres are in guarantee period only, but response from company. Worst tyres are provided, no commitment. Once sold out , they are not giving servicing. Free services are not doing well. Worst experience in my life , to purchase the Maruthi ertiga car, toomuch price, disappointed lot. I request not to buy the car.

Santosh S KumarWorst service! Check your car properly before you take the delivery... They get irritated if you ask them details. Check each item on the bill and see if it is done, they did not wash the bottom of my car and yet charged the full amount for car wash. Also, very expensive, they charge 600 for wheel alignment, whereas other authorized centers charge around 241.

Prabhakar PathriOne of the worst experiences I had in my 15 years of driving experience. My car was not attended to for complete two days whereas they promised to deliver the vehicle in one day. On calling, the only response I got from the service centre was "give us 5 mins and we will call you back with the updates", which I did not get for one full day. I then had to personally go to the service centre to enquire and what I find is my vehicle lying unattended to an untouched....and then finally when they did service my car....I was not at all happy with the service.. Will never recommend anyone to this service centre
