Firstly, it was the worst bus service. On the day of the travel, the bus came 4 hours late ( boarding time : 8 PM but it came around 12:30 AM) After waiting for such long hour, it broke down within a travel time of 45 minutes and it never took off. All the passengers were stranded in the middle of the night(2AM to be precise) waiting for an alternate travel option but nothing was provided for the already suffering people. The owner, driver and the staff were equally irresponsible people. Instead of apologizing for such a tragedy,they started arguing and shouting. I am writing this post after a week of my travel date but i hear no refund initiation or apology.It was the worst nightmare that could happen to anyone traveling alone. Ps: If possible stop using this GAGANA TRAVEL and opt for other reputed ones instead. BOYCOTT TOTALLY IF POSSIBLE!

worst service, never ever choose this service, i have a very bad experience with this service, i have booked my ticket from hyderabad to annavaram and departure time is 9:20pm and i have waited till at 2:30 my boarding point and continuously contacted (every 30min) with contact person(santhosh) for travel, he is very irresponsible person., finally my travel was cancelled.
