PK TGreat Place! There is always motivation to get up and come here, brand new equipment, best trainers. When you join, they first talk to you and ask what would you like to achieve and depending on that they will slowly get you into the schedule. This is best and reasonable compared to some big brands where they charge you big and leave you without helping on the fitness routine unless you pay for a personal trainer which is again very costly.

mani bsIt’s a great place to workout. Very Spacious & Good maintenance of all equipment’s… Trainers are very helpful and motivating to do that extra one step…… I really feel value for the money… Also to add, they charge very nominal fee compared to other Gym in nearby locality….

The administration and trainers are very approachable and take the time to understand and help you build on your stamina and strength. Overall, a very good experience and strongly recommended.
