praveeen kumarI would say it is one and only best bank in INDIA. Its been more than 7years using citi bank account...till now i never visited the branch for any transactions. Whatever u need everything will be done through online. Whatever the query or request u post through online it will get resolve max in 2days irrespective of weekends and holidays. within 1day u will get your cheque book or debit card if u request through online. The Best bank for ever.

rajesh1280Worst bank repenting having associated with them. american rules in india (year end, holidays, policies) treats customers like donkeys with out knowledge, and goofs up every time. If the due date is 1st on every month they present the ECS to your a/c at 1.00 am ( early morning hours) though general banking hours are 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, hence have no time to deposit the amount on the due date, and would charge the bounce charges. But would reflect the same EMI (collected through ECS at 1.00 AM in the morning) in your loan account between 7th and 10th as per their fancy. To hell with this bank, different country/people different policy??? needless to say poor service if you are not american. Needless to say struggling to survive and would not survive.
