I must say i have witnessed the best manager ever at this PVR. The manager went beyond his limits ensuring that he sorts out the issue. This was when they were not at fault anyways. PVR speaks quality and the quality of screens here is pretty good. From sound quality to comfortable seats, they have got it all. Overall, the experience you get at PVR Cinemas is unmatched. I rate this place 4.5/5
