Sangita SemwalTwo months ago I sent my ecosport to Dehradun service centre for clutch and pick up problem. Nothing was done and it was told that it is completely ok although the problem is still there.

ArishWorst service...managers and employees are not listening to customers...even the problem is not solved...and now i m planning to sale my ford fiesta classic car ....because of their services are not good...and in future i ll not purchased ford vehicles and i ll also guide people not to buy ford vehicles because of their services ....serivices are very slow

Mayank goyalthe worst customer service i had.before selling their car on the phone they talk like they are doing a very big favour on us by giving details of the car.they are least interested in selling the car.very poor and ill-mannered customer service experienced.will suggest to go to maruti instead of ford.

Mohit RBought Ford Ecosport 1.5 AT. Very bad customer service experience. First day they treat you good, when they pitch the car. Though technically the sales guy knew nuthing. After full payment in advance here we are on the day of deliver which was suppose to be ar 10 am, its already been 4 hours and no hope of delivery of the car yet. No one cares and looks like prep of the delivery started only when We forced them to. Paper work which is a 5 minute job is not yet complete in 4 hours, the rep is hiding somewhere in workshop. Manager are not willing to be at rescue, after all money has been paid... Who cares ! In my lifetime, this is the worst car buying experience ever . I am very sure a similar issue occur while day to day servicing of the car. Best is avoid this dealer in Dehradun , and reachout to either Chandigarh or Delhi dealers who know the value of time.
