Horrible experience. Worse worst worst service. Never gave a call to ask abt the address. Kept updating No landmark provided. Kept saying out for delivery for 3 days but my order was never delivered. Tried to call them and no one picked up the phone. Google should have a provision of only providing a review without the compulsion of providing a star because i want to rate them zero stars or even negative. I am shocked to see so many reviews with the same negative experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM They are perhaps the worst service provider in Dehradun, often missing the delivery mark by 4-5 days, even for food items. They would falsely claim that the consignee was not available at the address. The customer Care number does not even work.

The office employees are sleepy - they delay every delivery. Giving a bad name to DHLBULEDART. Better use speed post then them.......
