I have purchased the apache rtr200 from bm auto dehradun and they have given the piece meant for test drive. Snice the very next day the problems start arising. Such as loose chain set, gear sensor malfunctioning, etc. In last one month I hv visited 5 times and still the problems are not resolved. Even they are not taking my problems seriously.and not forwarding it to the company.

Perfect example of pathetic Custumer service. These people are just ruining the name of indian manufacturer TVS. The worst staff 90% of the staff is useless.worshop Mangaer and his comp are the bigggest fraudsters at the starting they commit big statements and after charting money end up u in hell. Front office is pathetic they dont even know how to speak to a customer most of the time they are bussy giggling arround. Atlast they have chucked my vehicle replaced its perfect with second hand local parts. Worst experience ever.
