One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in... The front office staff is rude... The waiter, the steward are really rude and annoying.... Rooms are dirty and the toilet was stinking.... Highly disappointed...

I stayed here with my family in october...We were on our trip to haridwar and stayed at Hotel Pramila. They have awesone vegetarian food. We really enjoyed our stay there... The staff was really humble and willing to help...they even helped us with our itinerary...I look forward to be there again even recommended my cousin for their trip
