I came to Jeevmoksha at the time when I was going through a low phase of my life , my mother had just passed away and I was in a deliema whether to do it or not . I finally decided that l would do the 200hrs YTT at Jeevmoksha in March 2017. Even though I was practicing yoga for a couple of years i had no clue what to expect .But now after doing the 200hrs YTT I feel that it was an unforgettable experience. Jeevmoksha has a magical setting with peace and the authenticity of the teaching is overwhelming. Classes are intense but well balanced, so whenever we had a gruelling asana class it was teamed with a relaxing flute meditation, or a perfect pranayama class.All the teachers are very hard working and focused.Now if I talk about the ashram , it is located in a picturesque location in Rishikesh ,the rooms are clean and well equipped and the meals provided are excellent and perfect for a yogi! All in all Jeevmoksha offers you a perfect beginning to your yogic journey ! I wish and hope to go back again soon!
