Stayed again and found same as two years ago. Quality of food is good. Though not a luxury hotel but has all the facility of a good hotel. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean but having no balcony. Should have more light. Rooms are facing toward sides of hotel but will miss some natural sight. Hotel is near by pass so do not take turn from Bhim Goda chownk. Having sufficient parking and a separate room for drivers.

Not the ideal place to stay in Haridwar, rooms were not ready even when we checked in late. Would definitely not recommend this place to families, may be good for solo travelers. Food was ok not that great, food options near the hotel are limited and not good. Staff is also rude here.
