Dr. Das has been teaching yoga for many years. His style is as close to traditional yoga practice as possible, and includes Asana practice, Pranayama, Meditation, etc. The Yoga Teacher Training courses are very extensive and include theory in addition to practice. The practice and practicum are very thorough and starts from really basic going further to advance during the one month course. Highly recommended to teachers and practitioners from any yoga style.

Following the ancient style of the hatha yoga provides the students with a very deep and serious knowledge. Really wanting the students to improve their practice and deepen in their yoga path. The worst thing is that I am not able to contact through the mobile number provided for contact. It is always switched off. The Whatsapp messages are also unanswered. Although they are read. The mail id also is not reachable. What is good website but no way to contact.

worse communication in patanjali peeth , looks like no teachers trainnig going on , as they have no info about this. and how rude people on phone !!! they really need solid Pranayam class to control on their anger !!! I called and they asked some weired question of how I know about 200 hr teacher training course and then they started talking a very unpleasent language and disconnected the phone !!! when I called other phone no ,they said that has no information on teachers trainnig course , Now I have doubt on if there is any real training going on ???
