The practice and practicum are very thorough and starts from really basic going further to advance during the one month course. Highly recommended to teachers and practitioners from any yoga style.

Neelam Jainworse communication in patanjali peeth , looks like no teachers trainnig going on , as they have no info about this. and how rude people on phone !!! they really need solid Pranayam class to control on their anger !!! I called and they asked some weired question of how I know about 200 hr teacher training course and then they started talking a very unpleasent language and disconnected the phone !!! when I called other phone no ,they said that has no information on teachers trainnig course , Now I have doubt on if there is any real training going on ???
