My sincere Thanks and appreciation to whole team of HERO Motocorp at Jai Sai Motors Rishikesh for the wonderful experience since the time I have visited there. I have purchased 2 bikes for someone else and 1 for me and felt overwhelmed the way team provide assistance and meet all the expectations of the customers. On a higher note I would like to sincerely thank Mr.Amit Negi for the great help he has provided to my wife when she met a small accident at road side and called Amit for the help as the service center was close by. Amit went all the way out immediately and did all the needful to pick the bike and same time dropped my wife at home with the assurance that all damage will be taken care. At no cost fixing all minors damage my bike was dropped at home and I can not express my appreciation for Amit for being so thoughtful and helpful to provide such assistance. I would like to request Hero Motocorp to award and acknowledge such kind of team members for the fabulous job done. I am copying this feedback to Mr. Ashok Bhasin Head of Sales, Marketing & Customer Care (SMCC) and will share this personally with Mr. Munjal as well whenever i will get chance to meet him somewhere.
