    Here the food served in the name of ANDHRA Bhojanam is totally misleading as well as belittling TELUGU pride.The cost charged as Rs.221 for a plate meals is totally worthless as well as looting in the name of Andhra bojanam.The items served are not at all tasty and not ANDHRA nature.A road side food server may give better food than this. Our family duped by this resort owners in this way.Better every one should know this and be watchful and careful in going to such a big resort assuming a better deal in food served.

    Hospitality is very poor for the individuals they do not care for individual tourist as they stop geesars for hot water, they avoid to provide meals except buffet and attitudes of hotel staff is not cooperative. Its wastage of money in all respects for the individuals.

    The site is really spectacular , the Hotel is little expensive but the hospitality is great and with 24 hours hot water and room service , the food is awesome .

    We used this excellent resort as a stopping point during our Chardham tour, our customers were pleasantly surprised by the great condition of the property and the attitude of the staff and manager were above expectation. The manager and front of office staff who we had direct contact with went beyond their required level of service to ensure that our customers had a trouble-free and relaxing experience throughout their stay. The manager is worthy of special commendation as his assistance was crucial to the resolution of a critical issue that arose during our stay. Overall, we would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in a safe and charming resort.
