Personally Mr. Nagendra, representative of the co, is nice mannered person but professionally he was not as good as he arranged to pack my house hold items perfectly but the delivery part was a nightmare for me. Reasons: 1.The Truck Driver was a rude person. 2. Mr. Nagendra charged money for labour wages on delivery point also for deboarding and unpacking the cargo but the driver was alone without any helper or labour. 3. As I was not present at delivery point, my aged father and a guest helped driver in deboarding. 4.Unpacking was done by us alone.
