Piyush YawalkarThis was the most horrific experience of my life, and I will strongly recommend people not to go to Aravind if they care for their dignity and money. I purchased clothes worth of 25,000 for my wedding from Aravind Store Dharampeth Nagpur. The tailor was extremely rude and abusing and was not letting me tell my customizations. I am not a standard size person and I need customizations. Somehow he took the measurements. When I went back to collect my clothes, none of them was a perfect fit. I asked him to alter all of them. He almost abused me and my wife and verbally harassed us. I somehow got out of there. The store manager did not show any responsibility to care for customer experience and behavior towards the customers. On top of that, there was no proper communication between the tailor and store manager. Tailor gave me 20% discount on the tuxedo, but later the store manager asked me to pay more, saying that I have already got other discount and I cannot use suite tailoring discount. Overall I dont think I can wear these clothes, as the collars are too big for my face. All my money went in drain and caused me a lot of mental torture. Strongly not recommended to anybody. I dont even want to give 1 star
