My job requires a lot of bike journey and one day i realized i am having a stiff back, i rubbed some pain killing ointments got some relief but after few days my back started bothering me and a radiating pain sensation in right leg, i met some specialists and got my MRI done which showed lumbar disc prolapse at L4 L5 level Then one of my close friend reffered me to Dr.Sinha, though i was apprehensive about needles and acupuncture but the clear way of explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan in which Dr.Sinha counselled me relaxed me and i was astonished to find my nagging back pain vanished in the very first sitting, I was told to maintain some precautions , and i took total 5 sittings and now i am again back on track Thanks to Dr.Sinha , may Almighty bless him in his endeavour
