This is the worst ever experienced I have ordered for 1plate fish tikka at 8pm and it was promised to deliver by 8:40pm maximum and by 9:30pm no one has delivered the ordered then I have called up at 9:30pm and it was replied that order is on the way and will be deliver in 10minutes all voice recordered interactions and then by 10:10pm no one came then I have again called up at 10:10pm then the responsibile person on the phone replied that person who was out for delivery met with an accident and not able to deliver (clearly recognised it was a excuse) such a bad experience ever had . I suggest there are many other food joints in east delhi Karkardooma, Surajmal Vihar they are well equipped and well in services and quality. I have just call Chimney and thought only to give him a chance also and to taste his product, but experience was that much worst, I cannot explain the way they are dealing into the service industry. Chimney restaurant is not ready to deal in market its better if they should get ready with the competitive market then only came into the market. I suggest Chimney to wait for 2weeks and get into arrangements of proper good chefs and staff then come into the market. Sorry to say but will never try to get in touch with you in future and suggest all near and dear ones not to ever get them chance for your requirement as I think if the services are such then product and quality GOD knows.
