    Very bad service. I have taken battery maintenance services by paying money. How ever these guys are only cheaters. I have raised service request since Monday and no one yet reach at my place. When I followed up with customer care, everyday they are telling today it will be fixed. Worst service. My suggestion to all of you, do not take any maintenance /extended service from from home shops16. These guys are simple cheaters.

    Service is good. They helped me in getting service from Exide. Exide Service person turned up very next day of my call to them.

    Very worst experience. Ordered a Exide inverter, got delivered in time and also charged additional for warranty from their shope, But inverter making noise and blowing heat air, for which I had called several times and they promised to replace with new inverter in next day. It is about to a month (purchased date 6 June 2016 ) now and I have not received new inverter. I have been calling daily and getting response like, we will deliver it today for sure, etc. And now they are not even taking my calls. If you then Purchase on your own risk. Also called Exide Engineer they said product is not good and it has been made scrab materials and not a genuine products. So be aware he is big cheater. You may also not able to email as the same is wrong email Is there. THERE IS NO OPTION FOR UPLOADING VIDEO OTHER WISE I WILL UPLOAD FOR YOUR REFERENCE AND AWARENESS. So I would request you all do not purchase from this Hopeshope 16.

    I have ordered a su-kam inverter on the day before Diwali. The delivery staff came to my home and installed it. The inverter was faulty & was not giving power backup. I told this to the Sarabjeet Ahuja (may be the owner) on phone, he told me to make the payment & he will replace it latest by next day. I was continuously calling him & he told me that we will replace it. Now its has been more then 4 days & Sarabjeet has stopped taking my calls. This is not the way of customer service. These people are making fool out of their customer. I have lost my ₹11,800 to these people.
