Aseem BhatnagarOne of the worst service centers. I requested for a pick up and drop, and wanted to pay from my card and asked them to get the EDC machine along. Even after multiple reminders, they forgot to bring it. Two, the car was not clean. As a customer only thing clearly visible to you is the cleaniliness which was nill. Car had marks from outside. The car had dust, and stains on the inner body. Three, the fog lamps were not working earlier which i requested them to fix. When i got the car one of them was still not working and the guy tells me to slap it and it will work. Though it worked, and according to him thats the only way it can and they cannot fix it. Sitting in a service center this is the only way known to them, surprising. Four, i got the car with no air in one tyre. Thats how they do pick up and drop. No one even to cared to have a look on a tyre, not even during inspection of the car. What do you inspect in the car then is what im thinking. Five, they did the alignment and the balancing which is as rediculous as ut can be. Theyve carged for changing couple of breaks, which feels even worse using them. Overall worst experience pf product and service. Never going back.
