    The first slab is for 30 mins. Now try walking up to arrivals/departures and returning back, unless you are a good runner you will exceed the time slot. I recommend that the first slot should be of 1 hr atleast. They can slightly increase the price for the first quantum if they increase the time. It would be a welcome change.

    Horrible, unresposive staff and unethical practices at play in full public glory: Saw a board at airport entrance that users can pay parking charges in advance and can exit within 15 minutes, not realizing that the parking time slots and the exit time are totally disconnected. In my case, I was at the ticket window in 36 minutes, and now that I had already gotten into the 0.5 hr-2 hr window, I decided to take a 15 minute call from the parking lot itself. So when I exited the airport within less than an hour of my entry, I was told that I will have to pay parking charges again as I had crossed the 15 minute exit limit (did not matter that my 2 hrs were still not done). I was told that it was my fault that I decided to pay and wait in the parking lot, I could have instead paid at the time of exit. I made my arguments with the security guard, then the customer service desk and finally their customer service officer, but all of them were adamant and rude and refused to entertain my complaints. To add insult to this humiliation, since in this process, I spent some ~35 more minutes inside the area, they charged me an additional Rs.180. When I asked for a credit card machine this time, they brought the machine from inside their office and very, very reluctantly charged my on my card-interestingly, the first time they told me that their servers were down and I was forced to pay in cash. Clearly, there are multiple counts of unethical behavior for which the parking operator needs to be suitably fined against and taken action on, specifically: 1. Unethical behavior through unclear directions (there was no mention anywhere that in a case like mine, I would need to pay extra) 2. Forcing customers to pay in cash instead of paying by card 3. Rude, unresponsive and unhelpful behavior of parking staff

    There is some problem for checking out .The 15 minutes after payment is too short .The card machine is working only at ground floor and by the time some one comes back to 2nd or third floor it takes 5 to 7 minutes depending on the elevator. Further there are many vehicles which block the ways Not only this some times at the exit gate all the gates are not operative and there is long ques .The same thing happens to me on 17 th Dec. I was late by 1 minute and I was asked to go back and pay . It is not the question of payments it is the inconvenience that is the problem It is suggested to increase the time limit and also depute few people on each floor so that the other vehicles do not block the way and also the card machine should be functional at each floor

    DAPS is manned by cheats. On Nov 11, I parked my car for less than 2 hours but these guys extorted Rs 360 rupees from me. Can some one help me in recovering the loot from these guys??
