Ankit OberoiPick my laundry is a DISGRACE in the laundry sector. They have reached the heights of being unprofessional. Clothes washed by Pick MY Laundry are as good as the ones accumulated in the laundry bag. Delivery delayed and inspite of sending them the pictures of dirty clothes which according to them have been washed and ironed, no initiative was taken by the company to satisfy the customer. Kindly REFRAIN from taking the services of Pick My Laundry and save your money.

Saurabh KumarA set of highly unprofessional people. They do not Honor time at all. Will keep you waiting and waiting and the customer care will try to irritate you as much as they can. Highly Highly unprofessional behaviour by the pickup guy. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE. Pull up your socks guys or you will loose enough business to push you out of business. By the way never going to give laundry again

Kingscrown SKHad given curtains for wash. They delivered the curtains with the pole rings broken. I refused to accept the curtains. After 10 days they again attempted the delivery and said they are unable to repair it. They did not even by courtesy offer me a free wash or any service that could be a substitute since iam dealing with them since months. They dont use proper detergent too. I have returned white shirts to them many times for a wash again. Very poor customer service. They dont know to find solutions. Finally uninstalled the app & finding better online laundry options.
