Absolutely horrendous experience, had to wait for two and a half hours after arrival for our stuff to arrive, despite being assured that it would be ready for immediate pick-up! Disgraceful... And we have a flight to catch as well the same day. Also had to pay extra for taxi due to the ridiculous waiting time. Would not recommend at all, and I would give a negative rating if possible.
