TRIED CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER ON PHONE BUT NO RESPONSE . HE IS NEVER AVAILABLE ON HIS CONTACT NO. I SUGGEST TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS NOT TO USE THEIR PRE ORDER OPTION ON THEIR APP.
