Excellent product.. We recently installed a servo supplied by Shilpa electricals in our factory where we run close to 400 machines. Earlier we used to experience atleast 12-13 machine burnouts in a month due to major fluctuations but ever since the servo has been installed we are yet to experience any. The customer service is very efficient and prompt. Not that we have ever had any complaint with the product but every query of ours has been answered with immediate response.
