Bought 0 % dep cashless , not able to get a single claim seems like I hav been duped everytym u have to hustle a lot to get these guys. First Wrong address updated in my insurance & yet not been corrected. Secondly no one has complete information wateva no. u call on Thirdly Bloody claim officers also dont pick calls . Fourth lot of paperwork as compared to other two wheelers (RE) and then u hav to pay and wait for refund even if claim gets approved which is like a month (wait......if u been lucky to get reimbursed or give up the hope) Suggestion to them : CHANGE YOUR COMPANY NAME TO SHRI RAVAN GENERAL INSURANCE. Good for nothing insurance in short
