Very bad response! They do not even bother to reply email. Very bad customer care service too. Not even confirmed my order after payment.

Ordered book on this website (because it was not available on flipkart/amazon/or other site). There was a confirmation mail for the book. Then no communication for 15 days. Not able to see order on their website either. Called them and came to know that book is out of print. They said they will refund amount. Called 3 times in last month, and still refund is not yet processed.
